The Mystical Painting of Gaia

Gaia, the Goddess Mother Earth, is a beautiful flowing spirit that encompasses all of life on the planet.  I was given the task of capturing Gaia in a painting, but I had no idea how to do that.  Gaia isn’t just an image of a pregnant woman with leaves in her hair, she is Mother… Read More The Mystical Painting of Gaia

The Story of ONE

Doom and Gloom!!!  Oh glorious, cruel, heartless, murderous, rapacious, malignant, magical, complex, artistic, fascinating, maddening, relentless, ravenous Civilization.  What a reality we live in!  Despite my abhorrence of all of the atrocities ever committed in Civilization, I appreciate the the arts and culture and the love that does exist only because of it.  It’s so… Read More The Story of ONE

I knew Cat already through the Salt Lake art community…… Read More See The Finished Portraits

I’ve been working on a new series of mixed-media drawings called “In her bedroom” which consist of actual girls that I know modeling in their actual bedrooms, which creates a sexy ambiance with a twist of realism. They are quite charming and even sentimental for me. Boudoir imagery is not the deepest in meaning of all the art I’ve created, but I enjoy it, and at the end of the day, if I’ve made some lovely ladies feel more beautiful, I feel that I’ve achieved one of my life purposes, which is loving women. I’ve mostly started with small black and white drawings but will expand to larger color drawings/paintings… … Read More The intention behind my new mixed-media drawings
